Our Train the Trainer program consists of a three phase approach to improving your instructor's skills:
1) Precourse Skills Assessment: Participants are videotaped and a thorough skills assessment is conducted.
2) Train The Trainer Class: During this session, we review a wide range of training skills, methodology and training rationale.
