DISC Behavioral Profiling |
As part of our support for a well rounded training & development organization, we offer DISC Behavioral Profiling. Our clients find that our process is simple to use yet yields a tremendous amount of information. The key uses for this information falls into two categories: Hiring Decisions When the field of candidates is narrowed to the final few, the DISC report will offer insights into each candidate’s behavior and how that behavior will fit into your organization… or not. Upon completion of a report, we will coach the hiring manager on the key questions to ask to clarify the candidate’s areas of strength and uncover possibilities for collisions. As one of our clients said prior to using our reports, “Our problem is that we hire people for what they know then have to fire them for who they are.” Ongoing Coaching The DISC reports can go a long way to helping managers understand their direct reports, what motivates them and how to best communicate with them. We also do team assessments and are able to detail the strengths and areas for improvement with the functional team. |
