Who We Are

The Connor Group was founded in 1996 by Gary Connor, former Director of Sales Training and Postal Education for Pitney Bowes. His vision was to provide a highly effective outsource alternative to training and development organizations.


The Connor Group focuses on all of the aspects of instructional design; from needs assessment through the final design of materials.


We are often brought in when an employee-wide program is launched and facilitation resources are needed.

 

Range of Services

In addition to Instructional Design and Facilitation, we offer the following:

  • Conducting needs assessments in order to determine the root cause of performance issues.
  • Evaluating existing training programs for their effectiveness and degree to which they engage participants.
  • Converting existing classroom material to eLearning.
  • Reconditioning visuals to give them a more current look.
  • Adding games and activities to current training programs to increase the level of engagement.
