Why Clients Use Us

Demand Exceeds Capacity

Often our clients hire us because the demand for either the development or delivery of training exceeds the available resources of the organization. In many cases, we are hired to facilitate ongoing training programs in order to free up the staff to tackle more pressing issues.

Restrictions on Headcount

Many businesses today are faced with restrictions on headcount. Despite the needs of their organization, they are unable to hire. We are an attractive alternative in that we can work on a contract basis. That means no increase in headcount, no benefits to pay and the flexibility in scheduling us when needed… or not.

Current Programs are Ineffective

Training programs must be updated regularly to stay current with the needs of an organization. Unfortunately, once a program is launched many training departments don’t have time to go back and make it current. We are frequently brought in to evaluate training programs for their:

  • Relevance to current business needs.
  • Ability to engage an audience.
  • Use of available time.
  • Visual appeal.
  • Ability to meet the current instructional objectives.

  Forensic PowerPoint

A client of ours once said, “Will you please fix my PowerPoint, it is killing my participants!” We rebuild PowerPoint and eLearning modules to make them visually more effective and current. In many cases we move presentations away from “tons of text” to simple, clear, visualizations of key concepts. (Before and after samples are available upon request.)

Migration to eLearning

It is increasingly difficult to get employees away from their jobs and into the classroom. We help our clients maximize what little classroom time is available by evaluating what can be moved (as well as what should not be moved) to an eLearning environment. Our authoring tools include Captivate and Articulate.

Audio & Video Production

We are script writers, production managers and post production editors. We work with top quality video and audio production companies to bring “real world” audio and video to your training programs.
